Crimson Racing is The University of Alabama's Formula SAE team. Each year, our team of over 200 students designs, manufactures, and tests a formula-style race car to compete against other schools from across the globe in a competition held by the Society of Automotive Engineers. Crimson Racing is a place for students to enhance their technical skills, get real-world experience, and grow as people and leaders.
Crimson Racing has experienced tremendous growth over recent years, with success on and off the track. The team placed 13th out of 120 teams last time out at Michigan, continuing our string of placements among the very best of the collegiate level. Additionally, our team has continued to grow exponentially, crossing over 200 active members, further pushing the limits of what our organization can produce on and off the track.
Your donation to Crimson Racing not only helps us build race cars, it also serves as an investment into each and every one of our students’ education and development. Each contribution provides an additional experience or opportunity, allowing for practical application of skills learned in the classroom and preparing our members to launch their career paths.
Crimson Racing couldn't exist without donations like yours, and we are forever grateful for your support.
