Support The National Society of Black Engineers

Through The National Society of Black Engineers, our mission at The University of Alabama is to foster a sense of family on campus. UA NSBE organizes a variety of events centered around professional development, academic growth, and community service. Our focus extends to emphasizing the significance of crafting a compelling resume and cover letter, recognizing the influence of networking both in-person and through social media, and understanding the value of mutual support. We actively encourage professional communication with professors, meaningful engagement with peers, and the effective utilization of available resources. Our approach includes providing a framework for structured studying and emphasis on effective time management. We ensure that everyone not only excels academically, but also has ample time for fellowship. 

Real change can be made when we work together -- that's what NSBE is all about. With your support, we can invite companies to share their mission and expertise, host company- and student-led workshops, compete in areas such as competitive programming, host high-quality social events for current and prospective members, and send members to conferences across the United States.
